  7. "MITAS" is a data processing system designed for tax agencies. It is
  8. menu-driven and performs processing in an interactive, real time mode, with
  9. accounts by name, account number and address. MITAS includes report programs
  10. with options available to every report sequence, account selection and data
  11. format. It prints annual tax returns, 1099 forms, quarterly bills,
  12. withholder's reconciliations and quarterly statements. Data such as
  13. liabilities, balances, interest and penalty charges are stored for up to five
  14. previous years. The program allows tax rates to be changed without
  15. reprogramming.
